Terms of Use

Effective date: 15 July 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the GTI Global Intelligence Platform, GTI EXPO services, websites, applications, registration systems, directories, business opportunity tools, exhibition tools, artificial intelligence features and related services collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

The Platform is operated under the GTI brand, using the Chinese name 神州GTI and the English name GTI. In these Terms, “GTI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Platform.

By creating an account, submitting information, registering for an exhibition, accessing a protected feature or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and business use

The Platform is primarily intended for businesses, professionals, exhibitors, buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, operators, distributors, industry organizations and other participants in the amusement, attractions, leisure, entertainment and related industries.

You must have the legal capacity and authority required to use the Platform. Individual users must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction.

You may not create an account using false information, create an account for another person without authorization, or falsely claim to represent a company, brand or organization.

2. Accounts and account security

Some Platform features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and protecting access to your account.

You must promptly notify GTI if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization. You remain responsible for activities conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

GTI may require identity, email, company or authorization verification before granting access to certain functions. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or certification of the user or company.

3. Company accounts, memberships and administrators

A company profile may include one or more members. Membership access may be subject to approval by a company administrator or GTI.

A Primary Administrator or authorized Secondary Administrator may, subject to Platform permissions:

  • approve or reject company membership requests;
  • assign or remove permitted company administration roles;
  • remove members from the company account;
  • manage company information, product information and public profile settings; and
  • submit information or requests on behalf of the company.

Company administrators must only exercise these permissions for legitimate company purposes. GTI is not responsible for internal disputes concerning company ownership, authorization, employee status or administrator appointments. We may request supporting evidence or temporarily restrict access while such a dispute is reviewed.

Each user is responsible for maintaining their own personal account information. Company administrators must not use their role to impersonate another person or improperly alter another person’s private account information.

4. Buyer, supplier and exhibitor information

Buyers, suppliers, exhibitors and other users may submit company information, product categories, product types, sourcing requirements, business interests, exhibition details, booth information, contact information and other business content.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, lawful, not misleading and supported by any permissions, licenses or rights required for its use.

You must promptly correct or update information that becomes inaccurate. GTI may review, standardize, translate, categorize, format, reject, suspend or remove submitted information for quality, consistency, legal, security or operational reasons.

5. Buyer requests and supplier interests

The Platform may allow buyers to publish or submit sourcing requests and allow suppliers to express interest in those requests.

A buyer request is an expression of business interest and is not, by itself, a legally binding offer, purchase order or commitment to transact. A supplier interest, response or recommendation is not an acceptance of a contract.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, negotiations, verification, contracting, payment, logistics, insurance, regulatory review and dispute management.

GTI may control visibility, matching and communication flows to protect confidential business information and platform integrity.

6. Introductions, matching and recommendations

GTI may provide introductions, matching results, suggested companies, suggested products, rankings, filters, search results or other recommendations using submitted information, platform data, business rules, human review or automated systems.

These results are provided for informational and business discovery purposes only. They do not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, legal opinion, financial advice, technical approval or assurance of product quality, company reliability or transaction success.

GTI may decide whether to facilitate an introduction and may decline, delay or discontinue an introduction where information is incomplete, inconsistent, inappropriate or potentially harmful.

7. Artificial intelligence features

The Platform may provide AI-assisted search, summaries, translations, classification, recommendations, conversational assistance, lead analysis or other automated outputs.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must independently review important information before relying on it or making a commercial, legal, safety, financial or operational decision.

You must not submit confidential information, trade secrets, personal information or third-party content to an AI feature unless you are authorized to do so and the submission is appropriate for the intended service.

8. GTI EXPO and exhibition services

GTI may provide exhibition information, exhibitor listings, booth-finder tools, maps, event schedules, registration functions, QR codes, admission credentials, visit lists and on-site support.

Exhibition dates, venues, booth assignments, schedules, admission arrangements, exhibitor participation and on-site conditions may change. Information displayed on the Platform should be checked against official event notices where appropriate.

Registration does not guarantee admission, booth allocation, visa approval, travel approval, participation in a specific event or access to every venue area. Additional event rules, venue requirements and organizer instructions may apply.

QR codes, badges and admission credentials are personal or organization-specific and must not be copied, transferred, sold, altered or misused.

9. Public profiles and directory information

Some approved company, brand, product, exhibition and professional information may be made publicly discoverable. The Platform will identify or control public visibility according to the relevant feature and account settings.

You must not use directory information to send unlawful or excessive marketing, harvest personal information, build an unauthorized competing database, conduct surveillance or contact users in a misleading or abusive manner.

10. User content and permissions

  • information is false, misleading or unauthorized;
  • security or legal risk exists;
  • another user’s rights may be harmed;
  • payment or contractual obligations remain unresolved;
  • the account has been inactive for an extended period; or
  • restriction is necessary to protect the Platform, GTI or other users.

Where reasonably practical and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GTI and its officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or data arising from use of the Platform.

21. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting each other and allowing a reasonable period for discussion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China, unless mandatory applicable law provides another forum.

22. Changes to these Terms

GTI may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, business operations, law, security requirements or industry practices.
